A private club in Jávea
A club of your own in Jávea, close to the international schools — built around padel, with tennis, a gym pavilion, a kids club and a relaxed restaurant terrace.
The main courts
Six panoramic courts are the main investment and sit at the heart of the plot — glass, floodlight, pines and olives. The clubhouse is a light, single-storey pavilion beside them. Evening play is part of the plan. Tennis and padel classes are run by world-class professionals.
Clay
Tennis at DLV is clay — three courts on dry ground, among pines and olives, close to the international schools. Match play and world-class coaching sit beside padel. Two pickleball courts share the racket precinct. The club is built around the courts.
Strength & movement
A single-storey gym pavilion in timber and plaster, with serious equipment overlooking olive trees and a dry Mediterranean garden. Beside it sit a 25-metre pool and a compact spa. A clinic is planned for a later phase — not as part of the initial build.
Family
Indoor-outdoor play, natural materials, shade and a courtyard of their own — so parents can take a court, work for an hour or stay at a long lunch without leaving the grounds. The kids club is a proper room within the club, not an afterthought in a corridor.
The terrace
The restaurant sits on the upper side of the gentle slope, with the 25-metre pool alongside it on the same terrace. The idea is simple Mediterranean dining — lunch, a swim and an afternoon at the club. From the tables, members look out over the padel courts and clay tennis below. Founders will also have a dedicated annual dinner.
Jávea
DLV Club sits in Jávea, close to the international schools. A 12,000 m² urban plot of dry hills, pines, and olives, with a gentle slope: restaurant and swimming pool share the upper terrace, side by side; the padel courts and clay tennis sit a little downslope. About 9,000 m² is club ground, almost all of it courts and garden. The build is light: modest single-storey modular pavilions of roughly 800–1,000 m² — a light clubhouse, gym, kids pavilion, and a simple restaurant terrace. The spend is on padel first.
Also on the grounds
Secondary rooms, same light build: a 25-metre pool and compact mini-spa; a founders room for the fifty; a quiet coworking desk between school drop-off and the first match. Modular, single-storey, behind the courts.

For those who live here
DLV is for people who live in Jávea — locals of every year, and internationals who have made this their home. Not a second-home club, not a holiday membership. Fees are set so living here is enough; at DLV nobody is more Jávea than anyone else. A joining fee equal to one month sits on top of the first dues. The calendar is built to put your family into the life of the town, and a concierge is there for the ordinary week as much as for the rarer night out.
